As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Node.js & React Native), you'll help build and scale mobile and backend systems that power modern card programmes and digital payment experiences. You'll work closely with engineering, product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless, customer-first technology.

🧩 Key Responsibilities - Full Stack Software Engineer (Node.js & React Native)

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable backend services using Node.js.
• Guide the development of our React Native mobile app across iOS and Android platforms.
• Serve as a tech lead for projects, collaborating with Product and Design to scope and deliver features.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and feedback.
• Champion engineering best practices, from testing to CI/CD pipelines and deployment.
• Solve complex technical problems and drive decisions on tooling, patterns, and technical direction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support to understand needs and shape solutions.
• Take initiative in identifying and addressing areas for improvement in performance, security, and reliability.

✅ Requirements: Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Node.js & React Native)

• 5+ years' commercial experience as a software engineer.
• Strong Node.js backend development experience.
• Proven experience building React Native applications.
• Solid understanding of MongoDB and document-based databases.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person team environment.

• Experience with JIRA or similar tools.
• Exposure to AWS or cloud infrastructure.
