Senior Product Manager
📍 London / Hybrid - three days in the office
I'm looking for a Senior Product Manager to join an established consumer platform, to own a commercially important product area, with scope to shape the direction and build - not simply deliver an existing roadmap.
Initially, you'll focus on improving consumer journeys, working with marketing, engineering and design to connect acquisition, conversion and commercial outcomes. Beyond that, you'll explore how to build longer-term relationships with users and respond as AI, LLMs and changing search behaviour reshape discovery.
You'll be the sole PM in a small cross-functional team, with ownership from identifying opportunities through to launch, experimentation and iteration.
What they're looking for:
- Strong consumer product experience, with examples of products you've initiated, launched and improved through customer feedback.
- Strategic judgement alongside hands-on delivery and confidence working through ambiguity.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to connect product decisions to measurable results.
- Practical use of AI tools to explore, prototype or build.
- Founder, founding-PM or early-stage experience would be particularly relevant.
- Marketplace, subscription, membership or lifecycle experience would also be useful, but isn't essential.
