We're hiring an Engineering Manager for a growing tech business using data and software to deliver real-world social impact.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves building strong teams, improving delivery, and creating structure in a scaling environment, while staying technically credible without needing to be fully hands-on day to day.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Leading and developing a team of engineers, running 1:1s, feedback, coaching and performance conversations

✅ Driving better delivery, process and ways of working

✅ Partnering closely with Product and stakeholders

✅ Contributing to architecture, engineering quality and technical decision-making

✅ Helping shape a strong, healthy engineering culture

What they're looking for:

🔹 Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or senior technical leader with people management responsibility

🔹 A solid software engineering background with strong technical credibility

🔹 Strong communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills

🔹 Comfort working in a scale-up / evolving environment
