We're working with a fast-growing InsurTech business using data, AI, and automation to modernise how motor insurance is priced and delivered.
They're hiring a hands-on Director of Product with a strong builder mindset, focused on growth and experimentation - someone who doesn't just define direction, but gets into the detail, drives execution, and takes ownership of outcomes end-to-end. 📈
This is a commercially accountable, operator-style role, focused on building the systems that actually move revenue, margin, and customer outcomes - not just shipping features.
