About the event
In collaboration with Oge Opara-Nadi, Head of Engineering at 10x Banking, we're hosting an in-person roundtable, where Engineering Managers will come together to network and learn how to progress their career into Senior Engineering Leadership.
Oge will discuss her career progression and how she has reached Head of Engineering level, as well as:
- Navigating the technology job market.
- Overcoming internal conflict and imposter syndrome.
- Ways to elevate your leadership style.
