The Challenge

Revantage, Blackstone’s real estate consultancy arm, was tasked with building a centralised internal data hub to serve its expansive portfolio of companies. With no internal talent team and an urgent need to scale, they required a recruitment partner who could deliver with speed, precision, and strategic alignment. They needed top-tier data professionals with deep expertise in real estate, data engineering, and operations, people capable of building scalable data systems from the ground up.
