Domestic & General was undergoing a digital transformation and needed to scale its tech and product teams, fast.

The Solution

Embedded on-site delivery

Grace Duffy, Principal Consultant, joined the Domestic & General team onsite 2 days/week, fully integrated into the talent function.

Hiring process optimisation

We collaborated on extensive refining of the job specs, streamlining interview processes, and producing talent delivery reports on a weekly basis.

Real-time feedback loops, prioritising in-person collaboration alongside calls, emails, and video which supported fast decision-making.

Brand and DEI focus

We showcased Domestic & General’s culture at roundtables and in market reports, helping attract a more diverse candidate base.
