You'll play a crucial role in accelerating acquisition, driving deeper engagement and unlocking long-term retention across core journeys.

- A proactive Product Manager with a strong B2C track record
- Proven experience designing and leading acquisition, activation and retention strategies with a strong 0-1 background.
- A deeply customer-centric mindset - you instinctively get under the skin of user behaviour and motivation.
- High analytical rigour and a love for breaking down complex problems into elegant, testable solutions.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Collaborative, outcome-focused energy with excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
