A leading global financial advisory firm is seeking a Change Manager to lead high-profile transformation projects across its Global Advisory division.
You'll be the driving force behind adoption of a new global CRM platform (launching 2026), shaping the change strategy, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering impactful communications and training.
What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end change management for major initiatives
- Create communications, training, and events that engage senior bankers
- Build strong stakeholder networks and address concerns proactively
- Track adoption, measure success, and present results to leadership
What you'll need:
- Change management experience in global organisations
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills at senior level
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Financial services experience (investment banking a plus)
