About the event

Having demand that breaks your product is a great problem to have. But how can you make sure you're unblocking growth quickly, whilst making sure your product is bulletproofed for future? 

Join us in London on Thursday 22nd September from 6pm as we bring the Product community together to explore the risks and challenges of scaling your product and how to overcome them! 

We’re excited to be joined by a fantastic panel of Product experts from some of Europe’s most successful FinTechs – Tide, Monzo, Dojo, Shares & Liberis. They’ll be discussing how to balance your product’s current growth demands, whilst also investing in its future capabilities. Expect lots of practical tips and stories to equip you with the tools to embrace the growth mindset.

Product Lead for Payments Service - Cards at Tide

Magda has over 17 years of experience in driving strategy and delivery of e-commerce and fintech products, working for startups and multinational corporations like eBay Inc or 4Finance. Her focus is on the Banking industry, specialising in Payments and Cards services. She is also the Co-founder of the International Developers in London Group and Product mentor.

Nima Monatzeri

Chief Product Officer at Liberis

Nima has recently joined Liberis as Chief Product Officer and was the former Head of Product for Babylon. Nima has worked at many different companies including the UK Economist, Tesco, MoneySuperMarket and ThoughtWorks. He joined Babylon Health back in 2017 and scaled the team from 250 people to over 2000 people across the world. As a key member of the executive team, Nima drove the launch of Babylon products in the US, Canada and South East Asia. Nima currently serves as an advisor to early stage technology startups in the UK.

Jessica Morgan

Senior Product Manager at Dojo

Currently a Senior Product Manager at Dojo - a Paymentsense brand - Jess is passionate about product and has been a product manager for the last 12 years. Working predominantly within the fintech industry, Jess has worked for businesses such as LendInvest and Octopus. Joining Dojo a year and half ago, she has been working on all things internal tools related and is really excited for what Dojo has planned for the future.

Vanessa Wang

Senior Product Manager at Monzo

Vanessa has more than a decade of experience in building product vision and strategy, working across fintech and telecoms firms in both the UK and Australia. Her current focus at Monzo is how challenger banks can stay at the forefront of the fight against financial crime. Passionate about the craft of product management, she is exploring how ML solutions can be leveraged to reduce fraud.

Elina Sokolovska

Senior Product Manager at Shares

Elina is a Senior Product Manager at Shares, having previously worked at other fintechs like Wise, Bud and Flux. Elina has experience with a range of B2C/B2B products like analytics, data science, APIs, open banking, digital receipts and payments. She has shipped greenfield products, extensively worked on products at product/market fit stage and is currently focusing on building out investing products at Shares. Elina enjoys mentoring start-up founders, junior product people and 12-15 year old girls in hackathons. She’s also an organiser of the largest product meetup in London, ProductTank.
