Job Description:

As an Experienced Technology Contracts Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to support our expansion into the UK and EU Contract market, with an initial focus on one area of our business – Software Engineering, Data, DevOps & Cloud or Product. We are seeking an experienced individual who thrives on challenges, is dedicated to hard work, and seeks to reap the rewards of success. You will craft a clear vision and strategic roadmap to assemble a high-performing team capable of achieving this objective.

You will have a strong foothold in the Tech industry and will bring with you valuable relationships from both a candidate and client perspective and you will have experience of growing a contractor base and cross selling into different clients and sectors within Tech.

Key Responsibilities:

Scale and Build Contract Business:
-Lead the scaling and building of our contract business, and in time hiring a team to help support you in this.

-Identify and leverage new accounts to initiate contract opportunities, with a focus on cross-team collaboration and cross-selling with current clients.

Strategic Planning and Execution:
-Develop and implement a strategic roadmap to expand our contracts portfolio and penetrate the UK & EU markets effectively.

-Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategies for new business development and client acquisition in the contracts space.

Client Relationship Management:
-Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for contract recruitment and leveraging off existing accounts.

So, what do we want from you?

At least 4 years’ experience as a Contract Recruiter within or across Data, Software Engineering, Cloud & DevOps or Product.

A team player who is always willing to support and collaborate with your team and wider business.

Proven ability to win and cultivate new business relationships

A curious spirit and big ambitions for a fulfilling career in tech recruitment.

Proven experience as a technology contracts recruiter, specializing in the tech sector.

Strong track record of scaling and building contract recruitment businesses, within the technology space.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to business development and client management.
