Burns Sheehan hosted an intimate roundtable for leaders in the Product space to join a discussion around achieving alignment between product & business strategy.

The topics came the the initial results of our 2024 CPO Survey which identified that aligning product strategy with broader business goals was a key challenge faced by Product leaders.

The group dug into topics such as:

💡 Driving a consistent product vision that aligns with commercial objectives.

💡 Adapting product strategy in response to market conditions.

💡 Fostering effective collaboration and communication across business functions.

💡 Defining clear lines of ownership, responsibility & accountability.
