Location:🌐 Leeds or London office with circa one day per week on site 🌐

Salary range:💷 £100,000 to £125,000 💷

Burns Sheehan is working with a world-renowned organisation within the betting & gaming sector to help them identify a Head of Workplace Technology. This newly created role is a head turner, presenting an accomplished technology leader with the opportunity to shape the future of a massively successful & highly ambitious business.

Within in this role you will lead a team of ~10 with a plan to expand relatively quickly. Your remit will cover any and everything workplace; ensuring that teams and brands throughout the world have access to world class tooling & office technologies. You will sit alongside an impressive leadership team and have regular interactions with software engineering, cloud, security and service teams. You will set the strategic direction for workplace within the wider organisation and be responsible for making wise decisions from both a tech & commercial perspective.

What sort of person are we looking for?

• Someone who has embraced complexity & reduced friction within larger technology organisations.
• A thoughtful, resourceful leader with the capacity to lead & influence people inside and outside of your team.
• Commercially savvy & strong awareness of the wider ecosystem of workplace/office products.
• Experience of implementing modern workplace technologies across IAM, communications, observability, integration, etc.
