About the event

One of the hardest things about growing a business is building a tech team with the right people, at the right time. Finding and convincing the right people to get on board with the business is often the very first challenge a start-up faces, and 14% of start-ups blame not having the right team as their reason for failing. (Source: Sifted)

In partnership with Ventures Together, we hosted a virtual panel discussion for Founders and Leaders of Seed to pre-Series A funded start-ups to help you tackle this very challenge. We dug into the first things you need to be thinking about as a start-up to build an effective employee value proposition (EVP), so that you’ll be equipped and prepared when the time comes to grow your team and attract future investment.

This workshop recording will be great for you to watch if:

  • You're a founder of an ambitious early-stage, pre-seed start-up.
  • You're looking to develop an initial EVP, but don't know where to start.
  • You want to think ahead and get prepared for when you're ready to start scaling your business and growing your team.
