Test Lead/ Manager | FinTech Game Changer | Manchester | Up to £60,000

Pension/ Free breakfast and lunch / Free gym/ Birthday off work

Who?

An Agile driven financial technology business that's adding to Manchester's growing repertoire of fantastic tech driven businesses. Their cloud based product is already making waves, and with several million pounds investment, their tech team is attracting Manchester's best technologists driving their product forward. Fast paced, unique challenges and a fantastic team culture.

The role?

We're looking for a Test Lead/Manager with strong NFT skills, an Agile enthusiast who knows how to implement and drive test processes from scratch. You'll be leading a team of 6 testers across 3 squads, which you'll be embedded in and contributing to hands on.

If you've worked with:

  • Zephyr/QTP/ALM
  • JIRA
  • Non-Functional Testing
  • Agile SCRUM/Kanban
  • Automation Testing

You'll be hitting the ground running, setting up the QA function and creating visibility of the process.

Why apply?

Not only do they have the loveliest team, they're hard workers and love the challenge of building an increasingly successful tech led business. You'll be working with a team that truly knows Agile and drives that. They have a flat structure - the tech team is sat with sales and senior leadership and everyone loves it. You won't have to think about buying food in work again (trust me) they have it all. You'll be technically challenged, well looked after and be proud of what you're creating.
