Do you want to help establish a QA function in a growing Manchester technology business?
A Manchester based leading technology firm are looking for a new addition to their Agile team. They are one of the businesses to watch right now in the city, having received a multi-million pound investment this year.
You'll be testing on an innovative platform and introducing the QA function across their 4 squads. You will need to help establish the QA function within the squads, this will start by working mostly within manual testing but then once established you will be able to begin introducing automation testing.
This person will be embedded into a development squad and will be an important figure in the team. You will have your voice and ideas heard from day 1.
You'll be responsible for delivering high quality test practices for all of their systems, with a focus on developing, modifying and executing automated software test plans once you're settled in.
The ideal candidate
- ISEB/ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level
- Extensive background in building a QA function - (selenium would be a nice to have)
- Agile methodology
- Experience in establishing a QA function would be a nice to have
- Strong communication skills for working in a collaborative environment.
