They want to speak to you about a new team they're building and how you can progress your career there as a Lead Application Support Analyst.
What will you be doing?
As a Lead Application Support Analyst, you'll be a part of a team that keeps the wheels turning within a global enterprise. Working with colleagues both in Manchester and throughout the world, you'll help to build and maintain a robust backbone which supports hundreds of internal & external applications.
You'll be providing support across a suite of multi-tiered applications; ideally you'll be comfortable working with application performance management tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics or Nagios.
The business works with a largely Microsoft stack so if you come from a background of dealing with SQL queries, .NET, Azure, etc, all the better. If you have a fundamental understanding of C# or Java it would also be beneficial.
This is a cross-functional role where you'll be given the autonomy to solve problems and promote best practice in your own way. If you're a natural problem solver you'll fit in well.
