Service Manager - £75,000 + bonuses - Leading Insurance Company - Fantastic Offices!

Burns Sheehan are partnering with an Industry Leading Insurance Company for the hire of a Service Manager to establish and manage the day-to-day operations of a newly formed service team.

This position is a new role within the organisation, giving the Service Manager the freedom and flexibility to take whatever direction they feel necessary. You will be given the opportunity to build an IT Service Management team from the ground up, you will design and implement processes, develop team members and improve engagement with the business.

This rapidly expanding organisation are looking an experienced Service Manager who has worked in the London Insurance market. Additionally, they are looking for someone who has experience designing and implementing new processes and experience using ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow.

You will also be expected to manage outsourced IT Software and Service providers, as well as key stakeholders, so relationship management skills are imperative. Any prior knowledge of transitioning services to an outsourced provider or working with 3rd parties to deliver IT services would be advantageous.
