Desktop Support Engineer - £30,000 + Bonus - London

A Fortune 150, Industry leading company are in search of a Desktop Support Engineer to join their London based operation.

This global company are looking for someone with 2-3 years Desktop Support Engineering experience assisting in Windows based deployments, decommission projects and technology acquisitions whilst maintaining an excellent level of service.

This Desktop Support Engineer will have:

  • 2-3 years' experience as a Desktop Support Engineer supporting a large user base.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems and products such as Active Directory, Exchange, Windows and Office 365.
  • Technical knowledge of desktop deployments, hardware peripherals and workstation decommissioning/recommissioning.
  • A past supporting networking technologies such as routers, switches and firewalls.
  • Excellent Troubleshooting skills.
  • Onsite client support experience.

Additionally, no day will be the same in this Desktop Support Engineer role as you will be expected to provide support on multiple issues testing your technical knowledge. On a day to day basis you will be interacting with a variety of clients, ranging from CTO's/CEO's to stakeholders and other senior members of staff.

You will be working in an enthusiastic team, providing technical guidance and training to co-workers, with plenty of room for personal development.
