A burgeoning Manchester FinTech is in expansion mode at the moment, and they're looking for a Lead Application Support Analyst to join their team in the city centre.

You'd be joining a global business with a massive footprint in Manchester. They consider our city to be a real centre of excellence and you'll be a part of a well-established technology function.

What will you be doing?

You'll be a part of a team that keeps the wheels turning within a global enterprise. Working with colleagues both in Manchester and throughout the world, you'll help to build and maintain a robust backbone which supports hundreds of internal & external applications.

You'll be providing support across a suite of multi-tiered applications. The team utilises a Microsoft stack so if you come from a background of dealing with SQL queries, .NET, Azure, etc, all the better. If you have a fundamental (scripting) understanding of C# it would also be beneficial. Ideally, you'll be comfortable working with application performance management tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics or Nagios.

This is a cross-functional role where you'll be given the autonomy to solve problems and promote best practice in your own way. If you're a natural problem solver you'll fit in well.

Remote working

The company is still working fully remotely and the interview proce but they will be returning to a blended model towards the end of the year. Office is in central Manchester.
