DevOps Engineer / Liverpool office but can work remotely / up to £50,000

An award-winning Liverpool technology business is looking to expand its technology function with a DevOps Engineer. Their products are trusted by a wealth of customers in the education and medical sectors, and following the appointment of a new software development manager, the team is set to embark on on a new journey of technological discovery!

We are looking to speak to engineers with commercial experience utilising at least one of the main public cloud providers - Azure, AWS or GCP. One of your first challenges within the role will be review the existing cloud infrastructure and produce a plan to make it more scalable and cost efficient. The company is mostly using Microsoft Azure at the moment across production, deployment and infrastructure. You will also have the chance to work very closely with the development team to overhaul their release processes.

Whether you're a seasoned DevOps engineer, a software developer with an interest in cloud & CI/CD, or someone more junior with a hunger to pick up new skills, we'd like to hear from you.

In addition to a basic salary worth up to £50,000 and 25 days annual leave, you'll also be joining a company with a highly flexible, remote friendly culture. If you live in Merseyside, or within commutable distance of Liverpool, there's an office in the city centre and you're welcome to work from there. If you're from further afield we can accomodate fully remote work, too.
