A strong JavaScript Developer (mostly Node focused) wanted for an established British business that sees millions of unique, global customers on its site daily. A flexible workplace, their CEO only expects employees to come into their incredible London office 1/2 days per week post COVID!

About the role

A huge name in the e-commerce sector, they are currently looking to inject a massive amount of funding into building out their already impressive tech function.

You'll be given the opportunity to work on incredibly interesting projects. For example, with millions of customers distributed all over the world, with different search history's and shopping preferences, how do you build out their suite of API's to accurately determine the best product to suggest?

You'll be working on a number of business critical applications, automating processes that affect the way the entire company operate.

There's a host of technologies to get involved in. Primarily Node.js based, their stack includes tech such as React, GraphQL, MongoDB, AWS, Kubernetes etc.

This team in particular are super passionate about career progression, and have the structure in place to ensure you're career aspirations are listened and upskilling/mentoring is at the forefront.

Their CTO is smart and switched on, passionate about driving an open and inclusive culture where his virtual-door is always open.

What skills do you need?

Solid full stack experience; 70% of this role is Node, 30% React

· Strong Node experience, with good React experience also

· Experience with GraphQL is a nice to have

· Comfortable with containerisation, ideally Kubernetes

· Comfortable working with stakeholders

· Experience with MongoDB or similar
