As a developer, you're used to listening to the senior management talk about strategy, direction and development plans. You've gained your experience, honing your development skills to the point where it isn't a challenge any more.

We're working with a business based in Bury that is doing some amazing work. They have a great team and due to the growth and success that they've had, they're now looking for a Lead Developer who can come join as their Team Leader / Development Team Manager.
Yes, you'll still be hands on developing (they are a Microsoft house with products that include web applications, software applications and Android/iOS products), but the additional focus of your time will be on looking at the wider strategy, architecture and product offerings. They have an exciting pipeline of greenfield projects, as well as the upgrade and maintenance of their current systems (including an ongoing movement towards .Net Core).
