They want to speak to you about a key role within their business and how they can grow and develop your career as a Development Lead (and all the great things that come along with it).

What will you be doing?

As development lead you will be coming in manage one of two teams one on what is a brand-new project for the business. This will mean that you are managing up to 20 people. Ideally, you will come from a hands-on development background, but in this role you will not be involved in day to day coding. Where your hands will get dirty will be in the future architecture and tasks such as peers reviews, training, coaching, mentoring etc.

The business works on a Microsoft stack so if you come from a background of working with, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, SQL Server or Azure then we want to hear from you!

As part of the technical leadership team, you'll drive policy and standards and work to support and mentor people within your team. This is all within an agile environment (SCRUM) and you'll be able to drive best practice working standards. Most importantly, you'll be able to define new technologies and working practices that will lead to business improvements and improvements to the quality of the end solution.
