Having worked with CTO Andy for over a decade in his previous companies Dunnhumby, King.com and Farfetch, we were brought in to build a greenfield data team from scratch for this exciting new start-up.
One of the challenges was that for most of 2021, Sproutl were in stealth mode, so any job titles had to be generic – and they were unknown throughout our tech community. So working closely with Andy and his Co-Founder Anni, we defined which profiles were needed in these vital early stages, provided key insights and helped with interview scheduling. Within six months, we’d placed five candidates across Analytics, Engineering, Science and Leadership. An incredible booster for a growing start-up.
