We're looking for exceptional software engineers who thrive on tackling novel challenges in HPC, cloud, distributed systems, AI, developer tooling, and infrastructure. If you're passionate about designing and implementing cutting-edge systems, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Work On:

  • Powering AI Innovation - Build the bespoke cloud infrastructure and distributed systems that support satellite data analysis, climate modelling, AI-driven medical research, and more.
  • Building scalable R&D Platforms - Create a shared research & development ecosystem that accelerates experimentation, enabling seamless transitions from prototype to production.
  • Embedding in High-Impact Projects - Work closely with Data, Applied ML, and Research teams to develop custom storage, networking, and training pipelines.
  • Developing Internal Tools & Automation - Drive efficiency with automation that enables researchers to move faster, smarter, and more effectively.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong Computer Science Fundamentals - Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and best practices for clean, efficient code.
  • Expertise in Large Distributed Systems - You may be familiar with high-performance computing, cloud-native architectures, and automation.
  • Polyglot Mindset - Comfortable using the best tool for the job, whether that's Python, Go, Rust, C++, C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, or others.
  • Collaboration & Impact - A team-first mentality with a drive to create highly scalable, production-ready solutions.
