Role: Product Designers - Mid/Senior/Lead
Salary Range:£50,000-£85,000 dependent on level of experience
Location: Central Manchester or London
Flexibility Going Forward: Hybrid

What They Are Looking For
> Currently in a design role with strong experience as a Product Designer either agency or client side.
> Passionate about usability, interaction design and making emphatic user-centered design decisions.
> Experience breaking down UX and UI problems into smaller initiatives and feed development process through inception.
> Comfortable working in an environment that utilises multi-variant testing to validate steps towards the journey.
> Demonstrable experience of techniques and artifacts needed to communicate and deliver effectively - personas, journey maps, wireframes, flows, UI designs and prototypes.
