Burns Sheehan are working closely with a market leading technology business who featured in the Times 100 best companies to work for, to hire a UX Designer to join their Product Design team in London.

The company are going through significant growth, and with technology at the heart of their products this UX Designer will play a key part in improving the user experience and overall customer journey through product design across a range of web and mobile applications, through to UI and Visual Design.

As a UX Designer you will have experience working across the full design lifecycle, taking UI and Visual Design into consideration when crafting the UX to create an awesome customer experience. You'll be passionate about building creative solutions and working within a collaborative team to produce innovative technology products which are set to revolutionise the industry.

Ideally you will demonstrate a technical background working with HTML and CSS, with experience working in an agile environment and exposure to Sketch, Framer or Figma would be extremely advantageous.

What we are looking for:

• Good user focus to deliver great products that the business's customers love and compelling services that will deliver their strategic goals
• Experience in collaborating with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, hypotheses or question and hypotheses to ensure the work delivers value to the business and customers
• Experience of working in customer-orientated user experience design projects, and the tools necessary to produce that work (Sketch)
• Experience of dual track agile methodology
• Demonstrate developing and documenting ideas, flows, designs and propositions to engage with the business's customers
• Knowledge of Lean UX, Lean startup, Design Thinking and dual track agile
