About the company and the role

A well-known Northern ecommerce business with ambitious plans for this year and 2023. They are constantly adapting and thinking of new and progressive ways of working, always valuing the opinion of their employees. Collaboration is key to them, having a forward thinking and dynamic team is what they pride themselves on. This company are now hiring a UI Designer that has the UX skills to identify areas of improvement and optimisation, and the design skills to translate those findings into eye catching, seamless shopping experiences.

About you

🔗 Experience working across both mobile apps and dynamic websites

🔗 Highly competent using Sketch/XD/Figma

🔗 You will be able to create high fidelity prototypes using Invision or similar tools

🔗 Experience with HTML, CSS.

🔗 Comfortable using A/B testing tools at a basic or higher level

🔗 Able to work well and align on goals and outcomes with business stakeholders & engineering teams

🔗 Excellent attention to detail

Key responsibilities

🔗 Work with the BAs to help shape and understand problems

🔗 Creating / updating user journey mapping, user flows, feature flows, sitemaps and information architecture

🔗 Creating prototypes and wireframes

🔗 Delivering code changes through front end framework development

🔗 Set up, run and analyse the results of A/B tests

🔗 Conducting usability testing
