Role: Senior Product Operations Manager

Location: Basildon, Essex

Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office

Salary:£75,000

 

We are partnered with a leader in the automotive industry who are experiencing an exciting period of transformation and are building brand new financing platforms from scratch! They are on the path to becoming product-led and have hired a fantastic new Product Leadership team to pioneer product thinking across the business. 🚘💓

 

Along with this they have been building our their Product Operations function to put processes in place and ensure best product practices. With an excellent first hire in the team, they are now looking for a second member to help form the foundation of how the product team work. You will be identifying and implementing changes, owning the product org tech stack and working to build a high performing product team.

You will take ownership of the Product Management tech stack and roadmap, whilst empowering the product team to leverage existing tools to their full potential.

 

🔎 Who are they looking for?....

• A self-starter with lots of initiative - someone with strong product experience who is either experienced with product operations or has worked on changing processes within an organisation.
• We are open to people from varied backgrounds, such as Product Management, Business Analyst or Project Management.
• You will have experience changing processes and working with the wider product team to implement these changes.
