Salary: Up to £60,000 plus benefits

Hybrid Working: Once a fortnight

Location: Altrincham

We are working with a business in need of someone to come in and take the reins as they continue on in the next stage of their agile journey. Sitting within a team of 5 scrum masters and working within one of the most recognised tech businesses within Manchester, this is a perfect opportunity for an individual to use and display the full extent of their skills, as a culmination of many years working in an agile environment.

The business themselves work to change the way people interact with their pensions. A combination of tech driven products, and financial investments, have allowed them to catapult their brand to the forefront Manchester tech scene, ever evolving their modern approach and methodologies.

New business, clients and products in the pipeline have led them to need a scrum master who can work collaboratively with others, to go on to deliver the best, most time and cost-effective outcome for the business.

About the role:

As a Scrum Master, you will aid and oversee the progression of a team of developers and product owners, with a focus on constant improvement of both the work of the teams, and the individuals in the teams themselves. Someone with an eye for detail and a willingness to improve and adapt in order to overcome challenges is exactly what the business are looking for.

You will also have a focus on putting the team's well being high on your list of priorities, and ensuring that a deep understanding of not only how by why Scrum is used and how it has a positive impact on the business.

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar Agile Coach/Scrum Master role
• Experience mentoring and coaching development teams rather than managing
• An excellent understanding of the servant/leader methodology with a great understanding of Scrum
• A strong understanding of technology with the ability to hold technical conversations with techies and non-techies alike
• Experience applying agile thought process and collaboratively implementing agile culture
