The organisation I'm working with creates dynamic and flexible solutions for clients of all shapes and sizes; from the smallest of venues across Europe to some of the largest headlining events in Europe. They see themselves as a one stop shop for events rather than a one size fits all platform plug-in, able instead to provide more than ticketing but also the fancy extras like bespoke accommodations at festivals.
You'll be joining an existing product team of two, working with their in-house technology department and supporting various products - ensuring that understanding of the end user, whether that be a festival goer or a venue organiser, comes at the forefront or your process.
Requirements
- You're personable, ask questions and collect information from your customers/users.
- Describing requirements and solutions using a combination of stories, diagrams where applicable in second nature to you.
- Experience of various agile methodologies (they work to SCRUM by-in-large).
- As mentioned, understanding must be led from the customer side - an ability to engage with various stakeholders both internally and externally will be essential, any demonstrated history of this is beneficial.
- Analysing of metrics/data (nothing crazy in-depth) to assist with the technology team and their development journey.
- You'll be experienced working with agile delivery teams - comfortable participating in technical design discussions.
