Role: Product Manager
Salary: up to £80,000
Location: Manchester (2 days p/week onsite)
One of our favourite Northern clients, a showstopper within the CCaaS space, is looking for a Product Manager to join the team and oversee the launch of their new generative conversational AI product.
Having shown a consistent upward trajectory over the past five years and bolstered by recent investments, the organisation is thriving and there couldn't be a better time to join the team. They are looking for someone that has experience delivering value within a SaaS business; extra points if you have strong knowledge of CCaaS and experience with AI.
What will you be getting up to?
🚀Managing product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features, improvements and bug fixes.
🚀Helping to steer the growth of the product management function within the business.
🚀Overseeing product discovery initiatives.
🚀Developing and implementing strategies for AI-driven solutions.
🚀Targeting outcomes that address customer issues and drive revenue.
🚀Working closely with both engineering and marketing.
