Microsoft Dynamics Specialist - Up to £50,000 - Hybrid Working - London

This Multi-Let Industrial organisation is looking to build out their application team and are currently searching for a Microsoft Dynamics Expert to join the team. This dynamic and fast-paced organisation are looking to become the UK's leading MLI business by revolutionising MLI platforms delivery class leading technology and data capability.

This organisation is Tech led and has a very mature and modern architecture and a Tech platform built for expected growth this is an exciting opportunity for anyone with excellent experience with anyone within Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing all of the current environments making sure all the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd Line Tickets are handled and that the metrics are being met
• Performing System Administrator tasks and being the connector between the company and 3^rd Party Vendors
• Managing and maintaining Industrial's software Applications
• Overseeing their solution to Tickets and experienced in helping solve problems when required and escalating accordingly

Skills and Experience Required:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expert or Microsoft AX Expert
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance, AX or other cloud ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
• Environment management experience, preferably D365 Finance or CE
• IT service desk / support / system administration experience
• Computer science degree or equivalent technical qualifications
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Desire to self-learn/improve technical and soft skills
