We are currently partnered with a trusted marketplace platform that connects customers to tradespeople nationally. They are currently in a huge growth period and are looking to quadruple their platform over the next 4 to 5 years.
With this growth, they are now looking for a Marketplace Analytics & Operations Manager to drive growth, efficiency, and quality through data insights, automation, and experimentation.
💡 Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise marketplace growth and streamline customer operations through automation.
- Analyse data to uncover actionable insights and present them effectively.
- Design, test, and scale experiments to enhance processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Sales teams to drive impact.
🔎 What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in analytics and operations (marketplace, tech, or consulting).
- Advanced SQL, Excel, and proficiency in low-code/AI-enabled tools.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
