I'm working with a company on a mission to make contactless payment as easy as possible for the consumer whilst providing huge amounts of flexibility, information, and insight for restaurants - the kind of information that allows them to stay ahead of the competition, they do this through intelligent dashboards and utilising data science.

You've no doubt used contactless payment solutions in restaurants over the last year - their presence has never been more prevalent. You've no doubt used some terrible apps/web solutions that want loads of information with bad UI and overall unpolished feel - if you haven't, you're lucky.

I'm searching for a driven account manager who's looking to take on a challenge, initially managing the existing client base but also with an eye to grow this base over time. No prior experience of working in a tech environment is necessary. You'll be working closely with the tech team so will be at the heart of understanding what the selling points and limitations of the platform. For your efforts, this role will grow with your successes, and you'll receive equity in the company.

The Role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for several accounts.
  • Maintain and expand client relationships, upselling where possible.
  • Ensure clients receive assistance and are referred quickly and efficiently.
  • Bring great communication skills to the table, with previous experience managing accounts.
  • Spinning plates - you'll have multiple clients to manage at any given time - it's important to ensure they feel seen and acknowledged.
  • Have the business acumen to identify potential opportunities to grow the business.
  • Bring your personality to work, we want your brand of memorable - whatever that may be.
