This opportunity boasts a chance for you to work with on of the 'North West's Most Exciting Companies' - a Manchester-based FinTech, who deliver custom payment solutions across e-commerce and in-store channels worldwide. As a business, they are a critical point in their development, scaling up and expanding their outreach, after having their best year for turnover in 2021
About the role:
- You will sit within a customer support focused team, with experience navigating both challenging customer centric issues, and more technical aspects of the role
- Part of your role will include mentoring the support mean, and playing a crucial part in their development and advancement
- You will be the main port of call for a wide array of clients, able to liaise with them, as well as internal teams, to find solutions to complex queries
- Supporting and ensuring agile ways of working are enforced
- Responding to and resolving customer concerns
The ideal candidate:
- Able to fully handle complex customer issues
- An understanding of or willingness to learn about payment gateways and acquiring platforms
- Experience in a financial services environment
- Ability to take on board and retain new client, product and industry information
- Keen to build relations with team members and prospective clients
