Senior Configuration Manager | £90,000 + 25% Bonus + Car Allowance | x1 Day Per Week (High Wycombe)
Here at BurnsSheehan, we are working with a leading innovator in the Environmental Sustainability space as they look for a Senior Configuration Manager to join them as they embark on a 5-Year Digital Transformation Journey.
They are looking for a Senior Configuration Manager to lead their software configuration strategy across their SaaS and legacy systems. Leading and managing a Team of 6, they want someone able to work collaboratively with business leads, product managers, and technical teams to implement effective configuration strategies.
You'll be pivotal in driving the configuration roadmap, supporting a range of systems, including Dynamics 365, DayForce, and critical operational systems.
The perfect candidate will have excellent Line Management experience and have excellent experience within both Microsoft / Dynamics 365 who is ready to make a significant impact on a large-scale IT environment.
What You'll Bring:
- Configuration Expertise: 5+ years of experience in a software configuration role, with strong knowledge of SaaS systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage a team with varying experience levels, guiding them to deliver high-impact results.
- Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Microsoft and Dynamics 365, ideally including past roles as a configuration engineer or manager.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience collaborating across departments.
