QA & Test Manager

Testing & QA Manager | Up to £90,000 + 15% Bonus (London - 2/3 Days per Week)

Here at BurnsSheehan, we are working with a one of the UK's leading providers of industrial and logistics warehousing, serving over 2,000 customers. Working underneath a World Leading Investment Management Company receiving revenue over $7 Billion per year, they have combined two major industry players to offer cutting-edge, fully digitized solutions for businesses across the UK.

As part of their ongoing commitment to technological innovation, they are looking for a Testing & QA Manager to take ownership of quality assurance, testing strategies, and improvements to applications across their technology stack, which includes D365, M365, and Azure. The role offers the chance to work within an evolving tech team and grow with the company as its technology and data capabilities expand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end testing activities across the technology stack (Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, etc.).
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and scripts based on business requirements.
• Manage regression testing and UAT activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Triage and manage bugs, troubleshooting issues related to system functionality and integrations.
• Plan and manage testing resources across multiple teams and projects.
• Support DevOps testing plans, training users on processes, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts to define testing objectives and timelines.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience delivering projects from concept through to completion.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance projects and Azure DevOps.
• Experience working within PaaS architectures such as Dynamics 365 or (Salesforce, SAP)
• Agile delivery experience with a track record of successfully managing projects in fast-paced environments.

Desirable Experience:

• Background in the property industry or finance sectors.
• Experience with Azure/Power BI project delivery.
