Salary: Between £45,000 - £55,000, plus benefits

Hybrid Working: Once a fortnight

Location: Altrincham

New business, clients and products in the pipeline have led them to need a product owner who can work collaboratively with others, to go on to deliver on products that run smoothly whilst incorporating the needs of customers, stakeholders and development teams alike.

About the role:

As a Product Owner, you will bring together (and bring to life!) the visions of customers, company and key stakeholders. A great communicator, you will connect the dots between teams within the company, such as between business teams and teams of developers.

The team you will join is the Product and UX team, which is responsible for one of the the development teams. Collaboration with UX designers, UX researchers and stakeholders will be a large part of the role, in order to create a hub where customers can seamlessly have access to their pensions and pension providers.

The ideal candidate:

  • Passionate about software products, agile development practices and delivering customer value
  • Open and energetic in your approach to feedback and communicating ideas
  • Possesses an understanding of Agile Development methods, including Scrum and Lean!
  • Highly self-motivated and able to motivate those around you
  • Able to step into the shoes of the customers and solve problems they may be facing with the product
