IT Systems and Infrastructure Manager | £400 Per / Day - Coventry (3 Days / Per Week)
About the Role:
We're supporting a forward-thinking organisation in their search for an experienced IT Systems and Infrastructure Manager to lead their technology operations. This is a key leadership role, reporting to the Group Information and Security Manager, and is instrumental in driving IT innovation and operational excellence.
This role requires a mix of strategic vision and hands-on expertise, focusing on data center operations, end-user services, and driving ROI on IT investments. You will lead a talented team to deliver high-performing, secure, and customer-centric IT solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT Operations: Oversee end-user services, computer operations, and data center management with a focus on quality, efficiency, and service-level adherence.
- Drive Team Performance: Set goals, provide feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strategic Infrastructure Planning: Develop and implement infrastructure strategies that align with future business requirements.
- Automation & Innovation: Leverage automation to improve operational efficiency and implement industry best practices.
- Collaborate on Cybersecurity: Work closely with Cyber Security leadership to protect IT assets and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Manage IT Projects: Oversee infrastructure projects to mitigate risks, ensure timelines, and deliver measurable outcomes.

- Technical Leadership: Proven experience managing complex IT systems and leading cross-functional teams in mid to large organizations.
