Cyber security is a critical priority for so many organisations in 2022. As business and key services continue to shift online, it's more important than ever that digital platforms are resilient to traffic spikes and malicious actors of all shapes and sizes. We're working with a business in Manchester which provides an innovative, AI-driven solution to these problems.
After sweeping up a raft of new clients throughout 2021 and on the back of a new investment round, they are further building out their technology team. We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to join them as they introduce a new client facing squad. In this role, you'll liaise across internal departments and external clients, alike. You'll help customers to overcome teething issues with the software and find solutions to help them get the most out of it.
You?
- Consultative & curious.
- Extensive CDN knowledge.
- Some exposure to load balancing and networking concepts would be ideal.
