Business Process Lead - Commercial Real Estate, Lease Management, Finance - £600/day (OUTSIDE IR35)

A rapidly expanding real estate organisation, with significant backing from a world leading investment management company, are looking for a Business Process Lead to support them through an ERP replacement and digital transformation project.

As the Business Process Lead, you will have a substantial effect on how the organisation is run, as you will be working directly with the Programme Director, whilst liaising with key stakeholders throughout the company on both the finance and real estate side, documenting ASIS processes and defining, documenting and embedding the organizations new process transformation framework.

The ideal Business Process Lead will have experience with the following:

  • Commercial Real Estate
  • Lease Management
  • Service charge billings
  • Process documentation
  • Business Analysis
  • Finance
  • ARIS, Visio, Blueworks

This is an initial 6 month contract, highly likely to be extended - if you are a Business Process Lead with experience in the Real Estate sector, please apply!
