What we're looking for

  • Background in software engineering leadership.
  • A proven track record of recruiting & nurturing successful software engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with the .NET ecosystem and cloud technology.
  • An eye for the bigger picture - architectural decisions.
  • Ability to understand the commercial realities of working with an enterprise client portfolio.
