Working style Hybrid - 3 days on site with you managing your time according to project timelines.

We are currently on the search for a Programme Director to lead a multi-year, multi million pound project in which you will help reshape an industry sector for an equity backed giant. The business delivers world class solutions and services across the globe, this project being a stand out in the scale of work they bring in.

From day one you will be involved with the roll-out of the project being part of the company's Senior Leadership team reporting into the C-suite. You will be required to manage and lead a multi-site national roll out, with a project value around £100m across 50,000 different sites.

Day to day?

Be prepared to get your hands dirty not only in the project roll out but the recruitment build for the project. You will be involved in a number of key responsibilities including:

• Developing a realistic project road-map, identifying key stakeholders ensuring excellent communication throughout the project
• Develop realistic timelines for rollout and completion against sensitive timelines
• Creation and management of programme budgets
• Be able to preempt project risk, identifying and delivering solutions to mitigate around delays
• Constantly reviewing ways to improve productivity and efficiency in order to reduce delays
• Manage key stakeholders, updating and presenting any updates and changes in a clear manor

Key experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years prior Programme Director (or Programme Management) experience is essential
• In depth experience of programme management methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Ability to develop and implement budgets
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

The right person will hold a level of gravitas and be empowered to make critical decisions that ensure the projects delivery. The project will help define huge changes not only in the business but the industry sector.
