Head of IT - Data Governance, Data Architecture - £100,000 - £120,000 + package

A rapidly expanding Real Estate start up with significant backing from a world leading investment management company, are searching for a Head of IT to lead their team and drive their technology strategy as they continue to grow.

As the Head of IT, will have a substantial effect on the organisation, as you will be joining as one of the first employees in the tech team, and designing the IT roadmap and technology strategy from the ground up, as well as being able to build a team around you within the first 3-6 months. You will also take the lead in planning and implementing enterprise information systems and getting the most out of their ERP system (Yardi), as well as setting up their data governance, designing a data lake and improving their overall data architecture.

The ideal Head of IT will have experience with the following:

• Data governance
• Data architecture
• Yardi Voyager
• Real Estate
• Managing IT teams
• Leading entire IT functions including enterprise architecture, applications, QA and Infrastructure
• Driving business change through technology innovation
