Burns Sheehan is assisting an innovative Manchester 'tech for good' SaaS business with a rare opportunity for a senior or lead customer implementation specialist. As Implementation Lead you will be entrusted to deliver outstanding customer experiences for users and prospective users of a rapidly growing SaaS product.

• You are driven to deliver for your customers, internal and external
• You have succeeded in a customer facing role supporting SaaS product(s)
• You have thrived in a technology leadership role - you'll inherit a team of six from day one with a remit to double that within the next 12 months
• You understand how to scale an implementation function in line with a highly successful, growing organisation

The business has a central hub in Manchester and teams typically come together for impactful days on a monthly basis.
