Director of Engineering - We are working with an amazing technology company in their search for a Director of Engineering as they look to tackle climate change by significantly reducing carbon emissions. Technically innovative, their machine learning solutions enable companies to effectively reduce their carbon footprint and they need to hire a Director of Engineering to own the structure and the output of the team as they grow their engineering function from 50 to +150 this year.

What will the Director of Engineering do?

• Reporting to the VP of Engineering you will build and lead an engineering organisation of 60-80 engineers.
• Build a strong software engineering culture, communicating the business strategy and technical roadmap to your teams through the leadership function.
• Structure your org for success while driving the hiring and on-boarding of exceptional and diverse engineering talent.
• Own the performance and personal growth of the software engineers.
• Use data to drive your decisions.

Tech Stack - Python and Javascript/React on AWS.
