What you’ll be doing: 

  • Working the entire 360 recruitment cycle: a blend of business development, candidate re-engagement, recruitment & account management.
  • Leveraging our existing connections along with your own network to map out target clients in our core sectors such as AI, FinTech and purpose-driven companies, uncovering and converting new leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to produce & share market-leading events, insights & resources from within your tech specialism to build relationships & your personal brand.

A typical day in the life of a Principal Data Recruiter:

We believe in a relationship-led approach when it comes to recruitment and our KPIs reflect that. Each day is about building genuine relationships and sharing insights into the market that help you and your network stay ahead. Your aim? To become a trusted advisor to your network and unlock doors to fresh opportunities and leads. 

  • Kicking off with 5 daily calls to reconnect with candidates.
  • Touching base with about 5 contacts daily to feel the heartbeat of the market and hear the latest on the hiring front.
  • Grabbing a cup of coffee with someone in your network. Forget being glued to your desk daily; go out there and meet people - it's how the best relationships are made. ☕️

So, what do we want from you? ✔️✔️

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Data focused recruitment - Data Science / Analytics / Engineering / ML / BI.
  • Some hands-on UK market experience.
  • A curious spirit and big ambitions for a fulfilling career in tech recruitment.
