As our Office Assistant you'll be an integral part of our company culture, interacting with and assisting visitors, clients and employees every day. You'll be working closely with our Sales, Marketing, People & Finance functions, giving you great exposure and scope for progression in one of these fields as a future career path.
About the Role
📞 Answering calls, responding to emails & being the primary point of contact for office queries.
📈 Updating records and databases for people, finance and legal information.
📎 Ordering office supplies & tech equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
💻 Working with IT support to report & assist with any technical issues within the sales floor.
👋 Onboarding new starters & off boarding leavers.
📆 Diary management across teams.
🤝 Managing 3rd party job boards & HR platforms.
😄 Greeting and assisting visitors at the door, showing them to meeting rooms & providing refreshments.
🛋️ Coordinating the repair and maintenance of office equipment, assisting with desk moves and office furniture and design upgrades.
🗃️ General coordination, management and upkeep of the London office.
🎉 Helping to initiate, plan & deliver charity initiatives, team socials & company celebrations.
📝 Supporting the Contracts and Compliance Manager with the audit of contractors and processing of contracts.
👍 Working alongside the back office team to help with other tasks when needed.
Who you are
We are not looking for any particular previous experience, just a positive attitude & demonstrable transferable skills!
This role requires you to be in our London office 5 days a week.
